Hello, I’m Joy!

When I was fourteen, I sold my first custom cake and fell in love with all things baking. I loved that the process of baking the confectionery creation brought me so much joy and when I delivered, the cake also brought my customer so much joy … thus Baking Joy was born!

From that moment on I knew I wanted to open a bakery. Over the years as my pallet has matured, I have fallen more in love with unique flavor combinations, high-class dinners and desserts, and fun cocktails. I also feel so at home with a cute tea pot filled with English breakfast tea, cream, sugar, and a warm scone. Like the song goes, “these are a few of my favorite things”, and I want to share those things with you. This is how our menu was created.

When you come to Baking Joy, I want you to feel excited to see your favorite goodies on our menu, intrigued at our unique flavors and cocktails, and enchanted by our atmosphere.
